Job Introduction
We are recruiting a Workplace Ambassador, will be known as Floor Assisant to join our 43 strong team at one of Rapport's most prestigious contracts. The client is one of the Big Four Accountancy firms in the world.
The Floor Assiant is primarily responsible for the operation of all Internal Floors in the office. We are the 'one-stop-shop' for any internal staffs needs. We have a fantastic relationship with everyone on site and we are the leading relationship builders. Although you'll be part of a dynamic 43-person team, you will work as part of a smaller team with 3 other Floor Assisatnts and a supervisor whilst collaborating closely as first point of contact with the client.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM and 5 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Main responsibilities
- Taking care of the internal working staff needs
- Monitoring, managing, and supportin space utilisation within the London Campus
- Managing supplier relationships, including logging, chasing, and following through with calls
- Building relationships with the Client and being the first point of contact
- Providing business support and assistance with analytics
- Maintaining all internal vending provisions
