Guernsey Guest Service Ambassador Part-Time (DLG)

Job Introduction

We are recruiting 2 part-time Guest Services Ambassadors - Hospitality and Reception to join our team based at our prestigious client's offices in Guernsey.

You will be part of a fantastic team and will enjoy working in our beautiful offices.

The core hours of the GSA will be an 4.5-hour shift, AM:08:00-12:30, PM:12:00-16:30

Our clients office is situated in St peters port overlooking the prestigious Guernsey port, working with an international financial consultancy firm, one of the top four!

Your will responsible for looking after the client area and all related food & beverage responsibilities. You will also be responsible for supporting with ad hoc tasks at certain periods of the year the wider national Rapport national RGSA team with administrative task- Compass is also an international world wide hospitality company renowned for its high end services and reputation

Role Responsibility

  • Maintain a clear, presentable working area at all times and report all maintenance faults/hazards and cleaning requests in the Client Suite & Internal breakout by raising tickets to “My Support” Monitor progress to ensure issues are promptly rectified and escalate to your WPS Manager/Regional Manager as necessary.
  • Check rooms are set up correctly according to the booking requirements. Monitor cleanliness and that all requirements for food and beverage, audio visual etc. are ready and available at the requested time.
  • Ensure vending and coffee machines are fully stocked, clean and in working order.
  • Oversee stock control for consumables (catering stock) and ensure everything is in order and in stock at all times.
  • To work flexibly across Reception, Hospitality, and (time permitting) back of house based on business needs.
  • Ensure all areas of your responsibility throughout the office are presentable at all times.
