Job Introduction
We are looking to welcome a highly motivated, creative, and enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our Rapport team at our client’s offices, located in Watford. Our client is a world leader in off-price apparel and home fashions. This is a dynamic team that works in an environment where no day is the same.
This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests and clients. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday – Friday, between 8 AM – 5PM)
Salary: £38,000 per annum

Main responsibilities
- Planning and managing events from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to communicate event requirements effectively.
- Building sustainable relationships with stakeholders for seamless event planning.
- Managing bookings in meeting spaces, ensuring adequate team coverage.
- Fostering a customer-focused service by communicating regularly with the Client.
- Assisting in developing succession plans for long-term business growth.
- Producing monthly and ad-hoc reports on service usage and issues.
- Ensuring compliance with service level agreements and maintain operational support during peak periods.
