Job Introduction
We are looking for an Enablement Coordinator to join our Rapport team, based in our client's offices in the City of London. You will be part of a large and diverse team supporting our client, a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.
The Customer Enablement team is essential within the larger Technology Services department, providing IT support to the client’s personnel. This team specifically manages the provisioning of PC equipment—hardware, software, and peripherals—ensuring that business SLAs and global KPIs are met for approximately 10,000 customers throughout the year.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with flexibility for overtime and travel as per business needs)
Salary: £33,700 per annum

Main responsibilities:
- Manage assets to ensure global KPIs are met monthly.
- Assist clients with any IT or equipment queries.
- Issue IT peripheral items to customers efficiently.
- Charge for distributed peripheral items accurately.
- Support the LTS team with daily tasks, including front desk IT support and printing postage labels.
- Assign temporary machines to users as needed and provide reports upon request.
- Maintain inventory records and track equipment usage to improve service delivery.
