Dedicated Network Receptionist

Job Introduction

We are looking for a Dedicated Network Receptionist to join our Rapport Network Team working within one of our prestigious Client sites near Bank Station. Our client is a leading services and solutions provider in the global insurance market, and we are seeking a dedicated individual to ensure our clients and guests receive exceptional service. 

The position is fixed on-site for 3-months, after there is the opportunity to transition into our Corporate Mobile Receptionist Network Team, supporting a variety of locations across London and the M25. It offers both stability and future growth, with room to develop, learn, and take on broader responsibilities.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday–Friday; 7 AM – 9 PM, with flexibility according to business needs)

Salary: £32,960 per annum

Main responsibilities

  • Providing excellent service to clients and guests alike, carrying out all duties to the highest standards.
  • Being flexible in your approach when offering business support as required.
  • Actively seeking opportunities to improve efficiencies and enhancing the overall business environment.
  • Specialising in the overall client experience across all aspects of the client floor.
  • Ensuring the arrival experience and interaction with all stakeholders is a memorable one, with a consistent drive to provide an outstanding level of service and surprise to delight our guests whenever an opportunity arises.
  • Offering an authentic welcome to clients and their guests and offering refreshments in the waiting area as appropriate.
  • Escorting stakeholders to the required destination within the premises and maintaining situational awareness of the whole reception and general area.

The ideal candidate will

  • Be able to travel across London within the M25 (mostly Central London and Canary Wharf).
  • Ideally, have previous customer/client service delivery skills in a similar role within a five-star establishment (e.g., luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate environment).
  • Have the ability to create immediate rapport and effectively communicate at all levels, and work independently, as well as in a team.
  • Be highly organised, with passion for delivering high standard service and going the extra mile.
  • Have great interpersonal skills, an outgoing and vibrant personality.
  • Possess great attention to details and strong organisation skills.
  • Demonstrate an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication.
  • Be IT and computer literate.
  • Be self-motivated and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks accordingly.
