Job Introduction
We are recruiting a Customer Service Representative / Receptionist to join the Rapport Team, based at our client's stunning offices in the Dublin Docklands. You will be part of a team that creates guest experiences and provides great customer service and support to internal employees.
Our client is an Irish-based multinational company that provides consulting and professional services, a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.
Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift patterns from 7 AM to 7 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)
Salary: €34,000 per annum

Main responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact welcoming internal and external guests. Providing support for meetings & events
- Proactively dealing with any enquiries, in person, via the phone or email in a timely and professional manner
- Being first-line support for any IT and AV requirements within the client environment
- Continually developing client knowledge and awareness of your clients and their guests
- Maintaining the necessary awareness of building operations & facilities to advise employees, guests, and contractors
- Ensuring that adequate supplies of stationery are available, monitoring stationery supplies, requesting new stocks
The ideal candidate will

- Have passion to deliver excellent guest service in everything that they do
- Be happy to work in a fast-paced environment with a varied workload and swift changes in the day-to-day operations
- Have an excellent command of English, verbal and written
- Have an outgoing personality and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders (internal, external and VIPs)
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a large team
- Preferably have previous experience in front-of-house within a luxury hotel, premium airlines, or a corporate business environment
