Corporate Reservations Supervisor (KPRS)

Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Corporate Reservations Supervisor to join the Rapport team at our client site based in Canary Wharf.  You will be supervising a Reservations team of 5. 

Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday based on a shift rotation

Role Responsibility

•       Provide an excellent call service, ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a professional manner according to the defined procedure with a friendly smile and professional telephone style

•       Have a full understanding of the building layout to provide an outstanding guide to the details of Guest/Client requests when booking or enquiring about the facilities available.

•       To ensure all booking requests and enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently

•       To advise our clients on all bookings to ensure that the service required can be achieved

The Ideal Candidate

Personal profile: You are an up-beat individual with integrity and a can-do attitude. You are passionate about delivering brilliant service and take responsibility for your contribution to the team. We are looking for someone with supervisory experience and ideally who can start immediately. 

Key criteria

  • Computer literate – Microsoft Office programs; Outlook; Booking Systems, Phone Systems
  • Comfortable using the telephone

Desirable criteria

  • Multitasking – Corporate receptionists juggle demands from various sources and need to prioritize requests
  • Impressive time management and organisational skills

Preferred profile

  • Good organisational skills
