We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team at Rapport Guest Services. We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Concierge to be based at our client’s stunning offices in the heart of Dublin.

We’re a dynamic team of over 20 passionate professionals (soon to be more!), dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and outstanding facilities support to every occupier and visitor. We take pride in creating a welcoming, seamless experience and building positive relationships with everyone who walks through our doors.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 or 42.5 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 8 AM and 6 PM)
Salary: €37,000 - €40,000 per annum depending on experience

Main responsibilities
- As a Receptionist/Concierge, you’ll be the primary point of contact on the ground floor, delivering a warm welcome while managing reception and lobby hosting.
- As a part of this role, you may also be required to support other sites within our client’s portfolio.
- Our team sits at the centre of the workplace, keeping daily operations running smoothly, supporting high‑profile occupiers and delivering exceptional experiences for every visitor through intuitive, polished service.
- The role also includes elements of facilities coordination and support for the Building Management team, helping to ensure the workplace runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
