Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Corporate Receptionist to work at one of Rapport's clients based in Dublin. The client is a British multinational risk management, insurance brokerage and advisory company. 

You will be working with one other Receptionist in an exciting varied Front of House role. 

Role Responsibility

Responsibilities will include
• Providing exceptional reception, switchboard and reservations services to our clients and their guests.
• Welcoming guests at reception.
• Proactively dealing with guest requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally.
• Handling all external and internal calls in a professional manner.
• Communicating effectively with other departments and service providers, creating a ‘one team’ approach to delighting our guests.
• Adopting a flexible and adaptable approach at all times when dealing with ad hoc duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate

Rapport US looking for a dynamic Receptionist to deliver personalised and intuitive service at our Client's Dublin Headquarters site
• professional experience in a corporate office environment with front of house and a busy switchboard experience. You will be dealing with all company incoming calls and queries and experience in the financial services industry would be a distinct advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Outlook; comfortable with learning client software programs and administrative experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to deal professionally with clients, vendors and associates on the phone and in person.
• Multi-tasker and ability to adapt to different people, situations and changing priorities with grace and flexibility as well as demonstrating an appropriate sense of urgency.
• Strong organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Meet, greet and announce visitors and contractors in a professional manner & ensure they are identified and signed in, in accordance with security procedures
• Proactively ensure that excellent housekeeping standards are maintained in reception and conference/meeting rooms.
• Communicate and liaise with colleagues booking conference rooms to verify requirements.
• Have the passion and drive to deliver the very highest levels of customer service.
