Job Introduction
We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity to become a Corporate Receptionist within our Rapport team at one of our client’s prestigious sites in Manchester. Our Client is renowned for their personalised wealth management and financial advisory services, specializing in portfolio management, estate planning, and philanthropy advice to empower clients in achieving their financial aspirations.
As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face on the ground floor, engaging directly with clients and their visitors; looking after the client space; booking meeting rooms; assisting with mailroom duties, and managing the switchboard. This is a lone-working site, and you will be the key point of contact in the office for all stakeholders.
This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week), with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Main responsibilities
- Overseeing the management of the office and meeting rooms
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to clients and their visitors
- Escorting visitors to designated locations within the premises
- Managing the mailroom efficiently
- Addressing facility-related matters by coordinating with the appropriate teams
- Assisting with various ad-hoc queries as required
The ideal candidate will

- Be proficient in computer usage, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette
- Demonstrate an ability to work independently and manage their own workload effectively
- Ideally, possess at least one year of front-of-house customer service experience
