Dublin Corporate Front of House Recruitment Event - 5th June 2025

Job Introduction

Rapport is recruiting Corporate Receptionists, Mobile Corporate Receptionists and a Client Services Manager who are passionate about delivering great service to our clients and their visitors. We would like to invite you to our recruitment event on Thursday, the 5th of June 2025, 10 AM to 7 PM. Further details to be confirmed.

We are recruiting for various contracts with offices in Dublin. We have both static roles, where you will be permanently based at the same site, and 'network' roles, where you will cover roles at a number of different sites.

Type of contract: All our roles are Permanent, Full-time

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday)

Holiday allowance: 20 days + bank holidays

Main responsibilities - Receptionist and Mobile Receptionists:

Although role content may vary, the main responsibilities within these roles are:

  • Be the first point of contact for all clients and customers arriving to the building.
  • Meet, greet, and assist with all queries and/or meetings and events on site.
  • Answer and redirect telephone calls and emails as appropriate.
  • Set up and manage meeting rooms.

Main Responsibilities - Client Services Manager:

  • Enhance the quality of client services to ensure exceptional operational standards.
  • Monitor KPIs to assess guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a client-cantered environment through regular one-on-one meetings with team members.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for swift resolution of guest issues.
  • Support recruitment and HR activities, including onboarding and development reviews.
  • Lead, motivate, and train a diverse team to achieve operational goals.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and succession initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on key operational metrics.

The ideal candidate will

  • Be a self-starter with experience in a customer-facing role (Customer service skills are essential).
  • Possess excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Be proficient in business administration and able to work independently or in a team setting.
  • Have a great eye for detail, excellent organisational and time management skills.
