Cluster Supervisor (LSCS01)

Job Introduction

The Cluster Supervisor is responsible for all Ground Floor reception team members and lobby hosting within their cluster.

The core service hours of Guest Services are 07.30 – 18.30 depending on the building operating hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that these hours are covered by the team on a shift rota basis, working Monday to Fridays, 40 hours per week.

Role Responsibility

Client Care - such as dealing with guests in a professional manner, dealing with enquiries promptly, liaise with other service providers to ensure smooth running of the operation.

Team Work and Communication - you will communicate effectively with peers and the management team, displaying accuracy and attention to detail both in verbal and written communication

Personal Presentation of yourself and the team and they way they interact with clients and their guests is of key importance

Policies and Procedures – you will be responsible for the adherence to all Rapport and client policies and procedures, implementation of new guidelines, training of the team

Working Environment – you will be responsible for creating a safe and pleasant work environment. Take full ownership of the space/area of our receptions.
