Client Support Services Ambassador (KPCSSA)
We are currently recruiting for a Client Support Services Ambassador that will be providing the highest levels of service, including Client Floors and Ground Floor Reception, Reservations and Events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join an amazing team and take ownership of the role that involves all areas of responsibility in looking after the guest journey. Our client is one of the Big Four accounting organisations and their offices are based in an iconic location in the famous Canary Wharf.
The client Support Services Ambassador will be responsible for Client Services and Reception, Reservations, Events and Administrative duties. You will need to have relevant guest service experience, preferably within a five star or corporate background. The role requires flexibility to cover the 7 am to 7 pm operation.
The range of responsibilities includes meeting and greeting guests, escorting them to the correct floor, offering support and guidance to all internal employees and external visitors, booking meeting rooms, supporting with events set up, managing emails and working together as a team to ensure the day to day operation is running at the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and will display good verbal and written communication skills. You will need to be confident, innovative, passionate about service, welcoming and someone who loves planning.
