Team Leader (TCTL)

Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Reception Team Leader. The Rapport contract where you will be based is on Regent Street, with a portfolio of buildings that stretches from Oxford Circus to Piccadilly Circus. The team work across 19 Buildings and as a team leader you will look after the west side of Regent Street consisting of 8 buildings and 9 team members. The team are outgoing and participate in a lot of activates outside of their daily roles, they have won team of the year 2020 at the Rapport Excellence Awards and have now been nominated for a Catey award. So if you have the passion for delivering great service and the determination and drive to manage a team a fantastic, energetic and motivated team, then this is the role for you

Role Responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationship with your team members along with leading and motivating them.
  • Set clear goals for your team members and monitoring their performance.
  • Ensure the correct Rapport/site procedures are followed together with ensuring that the H&S standards are met.
  • Communicate with management any issues with team members that need to be addressed.
  • Assist in training new team members along with explaining all policies and procedures.

We are looking for an up-beat individual with integrity and a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will be passionate and  motivated about delivering great service, have good communication and organisational skills and will take responsibility for their contribution to the team.
