Studio Coordinator (ACSC)

Job Introduction

We have an amazing opportunity for a Studio Coordinator to join the Rapport team that is based at our client's offices in the City of London. 

The client organisation is a global advertising and marketing agency with offices in London, New York and Tokyo. You will be part of a creative and diverse team that supports our client and where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport and create strong relationships with guests and clients. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.  

This role is 40 hours per week between Monday to Friday, the core service hours of Customer Services are 08.00 – 17.30 / Flexible, based on client needs.

 

Role Responsibility

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • To work with culture team for planning/coordinating and leading the organisation of various gatherings and Events
  • Understand and appreciate that the physical studio environment is an important place in a design company and to take care and pride in it
  • Ensure visitors & guests are booked in, welcomed to the studio and have a great welcome experience
  • facilitating all client meetings and events
  • working closely with the clients and assisting with pitches and VIP visits
  • maintaining office environment and working closely with other suppliers to ensure a smooth running of the office

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
