Senior Office Support Coordinator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (ACSCL)

Job Introduction

We are looking for an Senior Office Support Coordinator to join our Rapport team, working across in one of our clients' portfolio of sites in London.

Reporting to the Office Operations Associate Manager, this role is at the heart of the office making every day run smoothly, seamless and special. The role involves coordinating the day-to-day operation of the office space, linking very closely with the business around key client activity, events and meetings. Having the ability to pre-empt what customers might need or going that extra mile to help turn a problem into a solution – it’s a role which requires some creative thinking and working at pace. This role combines bringing together many teams and external partners, ensuring everyone in the office behaves responsibly and professionally in line with our health and safety and security guidelines as well as creating a wow experience for our customers and their clients every day.

You will be responsible for creating an outstanding environment both for our clients and be the face of the Office and the hands-on, detail-driven energy and will love getting involved with the team, our values and will enjoy managing the day to day running of a vibrant and fast-paced workplace.

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday in office role. Covering London locations with lots of amenities close by excellent training and development. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Main responsibilities

  • Support the Office Operations Associate Manager with the management of 3 London offices.
  • To stay close to the business and the client and develop excellent working relationships, at all levels
  • Deliver projects and requests and align to Accenture policies and guidelines within agreed timescales and budget.
  • Build effective relationships with clients, actively seeking out and responding to customer feedback. This will include attending meetings to understand Client requirement for offices
  • Finance and budget responsibility
  • Assist when required the Office Operations Associate Manager with larger projects i.e. internal improvements, enhancements.
  • Produce and deliver relevant location communications to agreed Workplace standards.
    • Provision of local space management

The ideal candidate will

  • Ideally, have at least one year of experience in a similar leadership within a fast-paced and dynamic establishment (e.g., five-star hotel or corporate environment)
  • Project Management Experience preferred

  • Have strong communication skills
  • Maintain a professional, polite and considerate manner at all times and act as a role model for the team
  • Be able to build rapport with colleagues and clients alike
