Job Introduction
We are recruiting a Senior Office Coordinator to join our amazing London team to manage the day to day operations of one of our client's flagship offices. This role will also include managing the inbox and some other aspects of other two small offices in London, that require very little support.

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday on a shift rota basis from 8 AM to 6 PM, as per business needs.
Main responsibilities
- Providing a warm welcome and exceptional customer service to all office visitors
- Maintaining smooth daily office operations
- Exhibiting professionalism while discussing health and safety protocols with clients
- Ensuring compliance with guidelines among clients and visitors
- Keeping all equipment and technology functional; reporting issues and following up with relevant teams
- Promoting a safe working environment for all staff and occupants
- Setting and upholding high standards to consistently exceed customer expectations
- Identifying and addressing logistical issues, escalating them as necessary
- Fostering strong relationships with clients to align on shared goals and support local operations
- Embodying the company's and client's vision and values in all actions
- Encouraging team engagement and driving change through regular meetings
- Managing inbox and assist with basic operations for two London offices, attending on-site as needed
The ideal candidate will

- Ideally, have at least one year of customer-facing experience in a similar role
