Job Introduction
We are recruiting for Senior Community Coordinator to join our fantastic Rapport team, based on Regent Street and St James. Our client is a global leading property management company. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fun ever growing team.
The Senior Community Coordinator is responsible for assisting our Community Managers with all members spaces and is the secondary point of contact for all customers. You will play a part in pioneering to achieve success in a caring, dynamic, and exciting business environment. Your role is leading member engagement, events, driving revenue and retention through a personal and creative means alongside the Community Managers and in collaboration with our Community buildings.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, with flexibility in the hours of work required, should out of hours service be requested)

Main Responsibilities
- Be instrumental in creating a collaborative community environment amongst all our members, clients and service providers.
- Working closely with Team within our Community buildings on members engagement and customer care.
- Achieve excellent day to day services, ensuring all customers are supported in a professional manner, building strong relationships and meeting defined procedures.
- Ensure that the building is fully operational, and processes are always running smoothly in the absence of the Community Managers.
- Ensure procedures are being updated and communicated to the team as required.
- Identify the needs of potential (and current) members and recommend tailored solutions responsive to their needs with the support of Community Managers & General Manager.
- Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
- In the absence of The Community Managers, it is your responsibility to monitor the standards of service delivery of Community Team, to always ensure excellence and consistency.
- To assist in maintaining a strong awareness of business activity and communicate all updates to the relevant people.
