Senior AV Coordinator (ACAV)

Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Senior AV Coordinator to be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's office in the City of London. You will be part of a large and diverse team that supports our client: a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport and create strong relationships with guests and clients. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.  

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)

Main Responsibilities

  • Addressing AV equipment inquiries and serve as the first point of contact for ongoing issues
  • Gathering, reporting, and analysing monthly metrics on AV usage and support activities
  • Assisting the AV team with daily tasks including event setups, troubleshooting, and new equipment deployment
  • Staying updated on AV technologies (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Video Conferencing) through research and vendor resources
  • Building strong relationships within the team and broader organisation; meeting and greeting clients to ensure a positive experience
  • Creating and delivering training materials for the Customer Services team to enhance their AV technology knowledge
  • Managing AV equipment installation, maintaining inventory, and ensuring adherence to asset management policies
  • Suggesting enhancements to customer liaison processes and document standard operating procedures
  • Handling email and Teams channel inquiries, logging incidents, and managing ticketing in SNOW.
  • Liaising with global teams for troubleshooting, escalate issues appropriately, and coordinate with external suppliers for site visits
  • Attending meetings, sharing updates, and providing feedback on ongoing issues to management
  • Ensuring the working environment meets cleanliness and safety standards
  • Remaining flexible to changing work requirements and actively seek improvement opportunities
