Reservationist (CTSSR1)

Job Introduction

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible eye for detail, the flair to spark an immediate rapport with meeting room bookers and the structured approach to ensure everything is thought of in advance, lining our premium butler team up for success. You will be an integral
part of an experienced event booking and welcome reception team. You will be involved in all aspects of event management, from working with senior bookers, to tasting menus and multi day events, to working closely with IT, AV and furniture mover teams to ensure

Role Responsibility

Primarily based at the clients premium Client facility in St James' your main responsibilities are to work seamlessly with the entire division to create memorable events and day to day bookings for our clients and their guests. The ideal candidate must have experience in either 4 or 5 star hotel, perhaps with F&B experience. The ability to take ownership and want to grow is key to success.

The ideal candidate will thrive as part of a multisite team but also have the ability to work independently when required, has great attention to detail and a positive, yet realistic outlook. This is a role that requires natural flair to deal with a great number of stakeholders, VIPs, both internal and external, being process driven would be an advantage.
