Job Introduction
Join our amazing Rapport team as a Receptionist in our incredible Events Space, to be the first point of contact, delivering a warm, professional and personalised welcome to all guests. The role will primarily support the day-to-day operations of the radio station and studio, ensuring a seamless and well-organised front-of-house experience for guests, talent and staff, while also providing support during periodic high-profile events.
Type of contract: Full-time, 6-months fixed term contract (with the potential to extend, however, not guaranteed)
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)

Main responsibilities
- Comfortable managing steady daily studio/radio operations, with the flexibility to step up for occasional high-profile events.
- Confident using initiative and taking ownership, while knowing when to escalate.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to fast-changing priorities.
- Strong communicator across internal teams (Artist Relations, Facilities, Security).
- Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.
