Job Introduction
We are looking for a Receptionist/Community Coordinator to join the Rapport team at our client’s offices located near Paddington. The client is an American global media, marketing and corporate communications holding company, and you will play a crucial role in supporting the different parts of the business including Reception services, Reservations, Building Services and Events.

Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM – 6 PM with some flexibility as per business needs)

Main Responsibilities
- Performing day-to-day reception and admin duties.
- Liaising with vendors and assisting the teams permanently based in the building.
- Managing the meeting room bookings and visitor registration.
- Collaborating with the Facilities Coordinator with different facility tasks.
- Working closely with other service providers (security/cleaners) to maintain the building and service levels at a high standard.
- Taking on ad-hoc tasks outlined by your manager and the client.

- Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ideally, have one year of customer service experience in a similar role.
