Receptionist/ Meeting and Events Coordinator (WFREC)

Job Introduction

This is a fun and fast paced environment within a very new building situated in the historical City of London. We have the luxury of having access to one of the best roof terraces within the area with views of St Paul's, The City, The Shard and Canary Wharf. Our 9th floor dedicated meeting and events space consists of a total of 14 meeting rooms, of which most can be combined by the use of Sky-fold and Bi-fold walls and have the latest tech to complement each meeting and event. We also have a restaurant on our client floor, serving classic hot/cold food from all over the world with many plant-based options, professional barristers delivering Hej coffee.

Role Responsibility

Meet and greet clients on our ground floor reception.
Take room reservations and complete event walk-throughs.
Taking the initiative on advising the ideal event/meeting setup, configuration and innovations to deliver the best results possible.
Physically setting up the event and meeting spaces.
Managing the switchboard
This role is a mix of admin and physical operations

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate would be focused, a quick learner, be confident and self-aware in their abilities and be a clear communicator.
A basic understanding of computer and general tech is required.
Passion and a drive for delivering exception service is a must, along with being personable while creating solid relationships with our day to day clients.
