We are looking for an experienced, polished, and personable Receptionist to join our prestigious client’s Head Office in Central London. This is not your typical front desk role—it’s a chance to be part of an elite guest services team, providing a seamless, high-end experience to senior executives, VIP visitors, and distinguished guests.
You will be joining our award-winning Rapport team, working alongside a Team Leader and four Ambassadors, where your professionalism, warmth, and ability to connect with people will be at the heart of everything you do.
Why this role?
High-profile exposure: Be the first point of contact for senior stakeholders and VIPs.
Prestige environment: Work in a luxury corporate setting with a strong service culture.
Career progression: Develop your skills through first-class training and ongoing learning opportunities.
Rewards that matter: From pension schemes and health support to exclusive travel and retail discounts, we’ve got you covered.
What you’ll do
Deliver a world-class welcome for all guests and clients, ensuring a professional and memorable first impression.
Proactively manage guest journeys—from arrival to departure—anticipating needs and going above and beyond to deliver an elevated experience.
Liaise confidently with senior executives, office managers, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations across reception and meeting spaces.
Offer tailored service touches, such as refreshments and personalised guest support, that showcase attention to detail and a natural flair for hospitality.
Manage enquiries (in person, phone, or email) with clarity, discretion, and efficiency.
Maintain a polished, immaculate reception space that reflects the prestige of our client.
About you
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, five-star hotels, private members’ clubs, or high-end corporate environments is essential.
You combine exceptional service standards with a confident, personable style—someone who can engage warmly while maintaining professionalism.
Immaculate presentation and a natural ability to make people feel at ease.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
A proactive problem-solver who always anticipates guest needs before they arise.
IT proficient with the flexibility and discretion needed for working with senior stakeholders.
At Rapport, we celebrate individuals with the right attitude, personality, and service DNA. If you’re passionate about creating unforgettable first impressions and thrive in a high-end, people-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
