Receptionist / Customer Service Representative (ACDU02)

Job Introduction

The role is based in Dublin City Centre in the modern Grand Canal area. You will be working across three locations which include our client’s Global Innovation Hub and their European Headquarters office.

Rapport have worked and continue to work very closely with the client and other service partners to deliver flawless service across the buildings from the Ground Floor reception to the top floor area for events, AV/VC assistance, Event coordination, Concierge offerings, area reconfigurations and everything in-between. 

Role Responsibility

Within this role you will have responsibility for looking after the reception and office area. You will welcome visitors and deal with enquiries both from visitors, the client and employees who work for the client company. Our Team coordinate and support meetings and events taking place in the office while communicating effectively with other departments and service providers and creating a ‘one team’ approach. You are also going to assist with conducting regular maintenance office checks, H&S related duties and report any issues. In addition, we support our client’s service desk with tasks including Facilities requests management, Reservations and Switchboard operations. You will also be required to assist with many ad-hoc duties while maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be organised and have affinity with customer services. We are looking for an up-beat, outgoing person who is a team player and who will fit in with the existing team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication. We are looking for a person who possesses a high level of attention to detail and have the ability to work well under pressure while acting both proactively and intuitively.
