Receptionist (CRG01)

Job Introduction

We are recruiting Corporate Receptionists for a number of our prestigious client sites. These range from top Accountancy or Law firms, to world leading media companies, tech companies and investment banks. The roles are not your average 9 to 5 jobs; You will be part of our Rapport Ambassador family, where staff engagement is top of our priority list. We have an award winning training programme and a highly respected Diversity and Inclusion programme. Role Responsibility

Although role content may vary, the main responsibilities within these roles are:

- First point of contact for all clients and customers arriving to the building
- Meet and greet and assist with all meetings and events on site
- Answering and redirecting Reception phone and emails
- Setting up and management of meeting rooms

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate be a self starter and have experience in a customer service role.

- Customer Service skills essential
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- Proficiency in business administration
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong time management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- A passion for helping and assisting others
- A high level of attention to detail
