Reception Team Leader (SFTL)

Job Introduction

We are recruiting a ReceptionTeam Leader at one of our prestigious client offices near Liverpool Street Station. You will be part of a 16 strong team with responsibility for 7 team members. 

The client company is an American cloud-based software company headquartered in San Francisco, California. It provides customer relationship management service and also provides enterprise applications focused on customer service, marketing automation, analytics, and application development. 

This is a 40 hr/week, Monday to Friday role, with occasionally overtime as we have events on site.

 

Role Responsibility

The main responsibilities in this role are

Manage the team
Oversee the Events 
Register the guests and liaise with the other Teams (Events, Culinary, Facilities, Baristas, Security)
Prepare rotas for the Team
Health and Safety
Carry out Personal Development Reviews, 121s with team members and keep associated paperwork up to date
Support the Events Operations 

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a bubbly personality with an eye for detail and great organizational skills. We are looking for someone who can lead by example and inspire those around to deliver excellent customer service experiences. Events and hospitality experience is preferable.
The right person will make our customers feel welcome every time they visit us. This person will need to work as part of a team and show a passionate understanding of our guests’ needs and requirements, striving to exceed expectations wherever possible.
