Reception Team Leader (DWTL)

Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Receptionist Team Leader to join us and work at some exciting new property management client sites that we have recently mobilised. The role is based in either the West End and City of London in some fantastic buildings. Do you have great customer service experience and want to join a company that looks after your development? Role Responsibility

  • Develop strong relationship with your team members along with leading and motivating them.
  • Set clear goals for your team members and monitoring their performance
  • Ensure the correct Rapport/site procedures are followed together with ensuring that the H&S standards are met.
  • Communicate with management any issues with team members that need to be addressed.
  • Assist in training new team members along with explaining all policies and procedures
  • Monitor the standards of service delivery to ensure excellence and consistency at all times
  • Maintain a strong awareness of business activity and communicate all updates with your team members
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure a smooth and professional service is offered to the client
  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt and/or change behavior or plans to better achieve the target/objective

Have a passion to deliver excellent guest service in everything that they do.
Is able to create a positive and lasting relationships with all customers and clients.
Be able to act on customer requests and anticipate their needs.
Be highly organised and have an eye for detail.

Have a can-do attitude.

Is a natural people person, knows how to lead by example and thrives in building relationships with people

In order to thrive in this role, you will need at least 1 years’ experience in a comparable role.
