Reception Supervisor (JLGSS01)

Job Introduction

The main responsibility within this role is managing a team of 5 team members and all implied duties, overseeing client receptions in 3 multitenant buildings of the client portfolio in the City of London. 

Role Responsibility

  • Keep visitor/client areas tidy and presentable at all times – Take full responsibility of 3 buildings
  • Communicate positive feedback to the client via agreed reporting channels.
  • Support the training of new team members and complete buddy checklists accordingly
  • Discuss any training needs with your Head of Operations
  • Provide assistance and cover according to business needs e.g. lunch, annual leave
  • Recruit and retain the best person for the job
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide clear direction to individuals and teams
  • Clarify team objectives and provide accompanying support, motivation and coaching to realise results
  • Devise and implement site and individual training plans aligned to company objectives
  • Manage change processes effectively, supporting business goals and encouraging others through change
  • Aspire to be a positive role model
  • Ensure that all SOP manuals are always up to date
  • Ensure that all monthly statistics are reported in the client monthly management report

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year people management experience, ideally in a customer facing environment. We are looking for a good communicator and someone who has organization skills, strong multitasking skills and an ability to lead and inspire a diverse team ensuring departmental and client objectives are achieved.
