Job Introduction
We are seeking highly organised and customer-focused Reception Assistant Manager with strong hospitality experience and a proven ability to manage front-of-house operations in fast-paced environments. Experienced in overseeing daily reception functions, coordinating visitor services, and providing professional administrative support. Confident in supporting and managing occasional events, ensuring seamless delivery, exceptional guest experience, and efficient operational execution.
The Reception Assistant Manager will be located in our Leeds office but will oversee the Newcastle office as well.
You will be overseeing a Team of 3 Ambassadors and working closely with our sister company, Restaurants Associates when supporting our prestigious events.
Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 8 AM – 5 PM however flexible to work late occasionally due to supporting events, finish time could be up to 10 PM)
Salary: £32,498 per annum

Main responsibilities
- Lead, support, and continually develop your team to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Oversee all reception operations, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and polished front‑of‑house experience.
- Manage the full visitor journey while guiding and supporting reception and front‑of‑house teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain consistently high service standards, ensuring excellence is upheld at all times.
- Provide support with event coordination and on‑site event delivery, contributing to seamless planning, logistics, and guest experience.
