Office Space Membership Host (LSMCM)

Job Introduction

We are looking for a Members Concierge to join the team at one of our prestigious client sites in Victoria, London.

The role is based at  Victoria Street, you will be the face of the brand in our client's high-specification offices in an architecturally striking building. You will look after elite members over 2 floors of the building.

Rapport have worked and continuQe to work very closely with the client and other service partners to deliver flawless service across the building from the Ground Floor reception to the members experience for AV/VC assistance, Event coordination, Concierge offerings, area reconfigurations and everything in-between.

Role Responsibility

As Members Concierge, you will be the face to face of the brand day to day for customers. You will be the first port of call for all members in the space, and their guests and clients. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and seamless office experience for them, across welcome and entry, office use, technology and events. You will liaise with members on a day to day basis to ensure the offices are providing everything they need.

  • Managing events including set-up and clear down.
  • Onboarding of new members from the moment they choose their design for their office space.
  • Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external members to understand and address their needs.
  • Acting as the first port of call for resolving members and guest issues.
  • Monitor the standards of service delivery to ensure excellence and consistency at all times.
  • Deliver, send and receive messages and complete photocopying as required.
  • Liaise with the Customer Experience Manager where necessary and report any escalated issues.
  • Liaise with 3rd party partners on a day to day basis.
  • Deal with any complaints or concerns and liaise with relevant departments in a timely, efficient manner

This is a Flexible Office Space, so will including dealing with all members initial on-boarding process, be the day to day contact for the members and address their needs.

The Ideal Candidate

If you can think in terms of solutions, not problems, you can communicate with senior clients clearly then read on.

The ideal candidate :

  • Has a minimum 2 year Floor Manager/Co-Working/Flexible Office Management Experience
  • Has the can-do attitude, does not have NO in their vocabulary
  • Is reliable and discreet : you will often learn of confidential matters for our members
  • Is adaptable
  • Has great organisational skills
  • Has IT skills
  • Is great at solving problems
  • Is a leader and has the ability to ‘make things happen’
  • Shows great attention to detail
