Job Introduction

We are recruiting an Office Manager who will be based at our client's brand-new space in Notting Hill. We want someone with a can-do, positive and proactive outlook. You will often be left to use your own initiative to manage your workload, with an expectation to keep on top of things and manage your time wisely. This is a multi-faceted role and would suit someone who enjoys multi-tasking and constantly being on the go with no day the same.

Role Responsibility

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring the office is well maintained and organised
- Managing all building queries alongside the Facilities team and manage relationships with external suppliers
- Managing the health and safety protocols for the office
- Providing ideas for office design, furniture with the CEO
- Supporting CEO & Managers on any tasks required in the studio
- PR/Press support – writing up bios and reaching out to PR agencies for coverage
- Producing Keynote/PPTs for client meetings/internal meetings when required
- Supporting and covering Front of House when needed
- Managing the two team members on site and conducting 1:1’s and performance reviews
- Supporting shoots and pitches and all VIP client visits

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 3+ years’ experience overseeing facilities management, office manager duties
  • Have strong financial acumen, experience working to a budget
  • Be technically self-sufficient, experienced using Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Be outgoing and personable
  • Be highly organised, self-sufficient and on the ball
  • Have a can-do attitude and happy to roll their sleeves up and get involved
  • Present themselves well with a confident manner and a willingness to get involved with the team
  • Be articulate and confident both in person and on email
  • Ideally have a desire to develop into office management, Talent Acquisition, or Facilities
