Contract type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience & Engagement: Provide a warm welcome, assist in meetings, maintain high service standards, and build strong client relationships.

  • Operational Support: Ensure smooth daily operations, complete floor walks and audits, and proactively take on ad hoc duties and projects.

  • Technology & AV Support: Troubleshoot and maintain AV equipment and ensure all workplace technology is functioning.

  • Health, Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment, adhere to company/site policies, and undergo Fire Warden and First Aid training.

  • Space & Occupancy Management: Capture occupancy data, conduct daily census, and support space utilisation initiatives.

  • Flexibility & Collaboration: Support other central London offices, be adaptable to changing tasks, and work closely with the client and team.
