Rapport is currently recruiting for an experienced Network Team Manager for our operational team across the UK.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manager to head up our internal Network Team from our central London office, operating within the hours of 7.00 am and 7.00 pm, Monday to Friday

Role Responsibility

  • To book all Rapport Network Team (RNT) ambassadors as required on a first come first serve basis. Also provide support considering the business needs and priorities, and anticipating support requirements across the contracts through frequent communication with key stakeholders
  • To manage RNT payroll and invoicing
  • To review the operation financially and report back to the MD on a monthly basis
  • To complete and maintain accurate records of all personal files of the Network team, managing any requirements that may be requested by HR 
  • To uphold excellent team communications by ensuring one to ones on a monthly basis, midyear reviews, annual reviews, probationary reviews and any ad-hoc conversations with all RNT ambassadors
  • To monitor and check the standards of service of RNT ambassadors and agency workers throughout the Rapport business
  • To take action on any feedback that is provided by the unit Managers on the team and complete any HR requirements that may arise
  • To have a full understanding of the HR procedures and utilise the support services available in the company
  • Ensure that onsite training for RNT members is completed by site managers 
  • In line with the administrator ensure any unreserved days are utilised through site training, ensuring that team members have maximum training to cover all sites within the Rapport portfolio of contracts
  • To ensure a timely and professional response is given to all colleagues, suppliers and clients via email or telephone

The Ideal Candidate

  • Have experience of working in a similar role or managing Front of House operations within a business environment
  • Have extensive commercial and financial experience of running successful business operations
  • Strong leadership skills demonstrating the ability to give guidance on role expectations and be able to coach individuals and the team to develop their ability and strengths
  • Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders and team, and will have an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to positively influence business decisions
  • A strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation
  • The ability to work well under pressure and act both proactively and intuitively
