Role Responsibility

The main responsibilities within this role are to assist in the duties of the Events Department, maximising bookings by delivering a delightful, yet efficient booking service. Our Events Administrators are meticulous at administration ensuring that every detail of a customer’s booking has been accurately recorded following established procedures.

Working hours/pattern:             Monday to FridayFlexible hours, based on client needs

Personal Profile: I am an up-beat individual with integrity and a can-do attitude. I am passionate about delivering great service and take responsibility for my contribution to the team.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator. Ideally the individual would have reservation and event operations experience.

Ideal Candidate will have 

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience within reservation and/or events operation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • High level of attention to detail
