Job Introduction
We are looking for an exceptional Meetings & Events Coordinator to join our Rapport team, delivering seamless, innovative and memorable experiences for our clients and guests.

Type of contract: Full-time, Fixed Term 10 Months
Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week (with occasional flexibility for events)
Location: Dublin
This is a hybrid contract with 80% of the week working from home and 20% on site in the office.

Main responsibilities
- Plan and deliver exceptional meeting and event experiences, ensuring every detail is managed to perfection.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings & events, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Work in an agile and innovative way, anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics, catering, AV, and room setups.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring smooth communication and professional service at every stage.
- Drive a culture of hospitality and customer service excellence, ensuring each event reflects Rapport’s high standards.
- Continuously look for creative and operational improvements to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records, event calendars and feedback to support ongoing quality and innovation.
The ideal candidate will

- Have experience in meetings, events, or hospitality coordination, ideally within a premium or corporate environment.
- This role has a strong administrative focus, making it ideal for someone with proven experience in managing similar responsibilities efficiently and with exceptional organisational skills.
- Be an excellent communicator and organiser, able to manage multiple priorities with confidence and calm.
- Bring a creative and solutions-focused mindset, ensuring every event feels unique and memorable.
