Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts between 08:00–20:00

We are currently recruiting for a Meeting & Events Manager to join our professional services client in Leeds. This is a pivotal role overseeing Room Bookings, Switchboard and Facilities Helpdesk services, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, events and client experiences across the site.

What You’ll Be Doing
Client Experience & Service Excellence
Leading the delivery of an exceptional meetings and events service.
Ensuring all client calls are answered promptly and professionally.
Anticipating client needs and proactively exceeding expectations.
Managing enquiries via telephone, email and in person with professionalism and efficiency.
Building strong knowledge of client preferences and maintaining service consistency.
Meetings & Events Oversight
Overseeing all meeting room bookings, including VC and on-the-day requests.
Ensuring meeting rooms are fully prepared, including AV, food & beverage and room setup.
Monitoring room readiness and maintaining full visibility of room status at all times.
Coordinating large bookings and next-day requirements with service partners.
Promoting and supporting the visitor registration system for events and meetings.
Running booking system reports and maintaining accurate data.
Leadership & Communication
Acting as a key liaison between client services, facilities, security and hospitality teams.
Escalating and resolving service issues promptly and effectively.
Providing clear shift handovers and maintaining operational continuity.
Supporting and training team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
Maintaining strong awareness of business activity across the site.
The ideal candidate will
