Job Introduction

You will be responsible for leading recruitment within Rapport, from frontline to unit management positions. You will be supported by an administrator and the wider Rapport People Team. You will manage your own recruitment P&L with the support of the Head of HR.

Main Responsibilities

This is an opportunity for you to start an in-house recruitment career within a blue-chip international organisation. The initial focus for this role is on UK & Ireland.

You will provide an end to end recruitment service for Rapport and their clients, and be proactive to drive a reduction in time to hire whilst improving the quality of hire of the recruitment needs and the candidate journey.

You will develop strong relationships with key Rapport stakeholders and be proactive in searching for candidates as necessary, whilst organising and running regular assessment centres and building relationships with colleges and universities.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven high quality candidate recruitment experience gained within agency or in-house.
  • Operational experience working for luxury hotels or Corporate Reception and/or Guest Services businesses.
  • Recruitment events / assessment centre organising experience.
  • Ability to spot exceptional service ambassadors.
  • Ability to create and build on strong client and candidate relationships.
  • A team player, who has a positive and 'stronger together’ attitude.
  • Results oriented, both financially and relating to quality candidate placement.
  • Ideally qualified to degree level or equivalent.
  • Articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of autonomy with passion and drive to innovate and positively influence business decisions.
  • Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System.
  • A team player with ability to work closely and collaboratively with colleagues within the wider Rapport team.
  • Sharing best practice and sourcing innovation.
  • Keen interest in technology and social media is welcomed.

In order to succeed in this role you will need to be adaptable in your approach to finding talent. You must be able and willing to juggle high volume recruitment needs, alongside providing an exceptional service to our clients and operational managers.

Salary & Benefits:

The successful candidate will be offered a very competitive basic salary, starting from £36,000, subject to experience. There will also be financial incentives to meet quality and service focused targets, plus a range of staff benefits, including pension and life assurances.
