Head Of Business Excellence (HOBE01)

Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity within our Rapport Head Office Team for a Head of Business Excellence to join our amazing and diverse family.

This role is perfect for someone with a background in managing large and complex operations,  who is looking for a step up, has a passion for innovation and business excellence and plays a key role in Rapport's Strategic position.

Role Responsibility

You will support the Rapport Operational teams and add value to our clients by recommending and implementing enhancements to processes, the guest journey and/or other areas of our service offering.
Business Development: Working closely with our Communications Manager, the role holder will be responsible for Rapport’s responses to tenders and business opportunities.

Global Rapport Business: This role holder will liaise with country leads and will ensure that Rapport UK&I supports our international Rapport operations in line with our contractual obligations or in any other way required.

You will be reporting into our Managing Director and supporting him in any initiatives. 

This person will chair the Global Rapport Innovation Council.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be passionate about innovation and will champion the innovative spirit of Rapport through regular innovation newsletters and presentations to managers and clients.

You will have a minimum of three years as Guest Services Manager or a similar role, preferably as part of a large, complex operation with multiple stakeholders.
