Guest Service Ambassadors / Receptionists (CRG)

Job Introduction

We are recruiting Corporate Receptionists, Guest Service Ambassadors, Floor Coordinators, Community Coordinators and many more positions, and we are looking for candidates with great customer service experience to fill these roles.

Our teams provide guest services within their designated contract and teams can vary in size and scope of services provided. The things each operation has in common is that the service provided is outstanding and going the extra mile is the norm. Role Responsibility

Within our role, you will be performing Receptionist duties such as registering and greeting guests, booking meeting rooms, assisting client with ad-hoc duties and looking after the switchboard. The remit of the roles can vary and we will be happy to discuss your skill set and match you with the right role. 

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will need to be friendly with a positive attitude, who is proactive and approachable and has a passion for excellent customer service. Experience of working in a reception area is preferred

You need to have a good command of English, both verbal and written.
