Guest Service Ambassador (STGSA)

Job Introduction

We are hiring a Guest Services Ambassador to provide excellent service to clients and customers. 

Our client is a global financial services company where not a single day is the same! It is a forward thinking and modern environment and the beautiful new building is based close the Milton Keynes Central Train Station. The Rapport Team is responsible for the Ground Floor and Executive Floor Receptions as well the internal client floors. 

This is a Permanent, Full Time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday shifts between 7am and 7pm.

Role Responsibility

  • To provide excellent service to internal clients and guests alike, carrying out all duties to the highest of standards.
  • Warmly greet all guests/ visitors with a smile
  • Take ownership of the ground floor / welcome area within the building, consistently look for ways to make the guest or client experiences memorable
  • To be flexible in their approach.
  • To have (once trained) a full understanding of the relevant booking systems and technology used on site to support with the guest journey
  • To be ‘hands on’ in approach and proactive.
  • Actively seeks opportunities to improve efficiencies and enhance the overall business environment.
  • Welcome and escort guests to meeting rooms/their desired location.
  • Always look for opportunities to develop our service and innovations.
  • Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
