Guest Service Ambassador (DLJGSA) Part Time (25 hours) - Jersey
We are recruiting a Guest Service Ambassador to join our team based at our prestigious client's offices in Jersey.
This is a permanent, part-time role.
- 25 hours per week, with working hours currently to be confirmed, but likely to be 12:30pm – 5:30pm, Monday-Friday. Option to work overtime/cover annual leave and sickness available too.
- Salary is £13.90 per hour (£18,140 p.a.)
- Uniform provided and 20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 25 days holiday after 2 years’ service.
The main responsibilities are to:
- Oversee client reception and provide office support throughout the business.
- Manage any client bookings, hospitality requests, front and back of house duties, such as meeting room set ups, catering requests, vending machine management, scanning, archiving, light cleaning duties.
- Building rapport within the business, being a point of contact for office support
