Front of House Coordinator (TFHC)

Job Introduction

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Front of House Coordinator to come join our Rapport team at one of our clients' offices and the oldest skyscrapers in the City of London. Our clients are a European commercial property consultancy company, specialising in leasing office space to a range of companies. 

As part of the 2.2 acres estate, the team have a chance to learn from our wider team's and clients, to develop their skills and knowledge within different industries, as well as broadening their understanding of front of house services.

As one of the longest running Rapport contracts, the team successfully run two ground floor receptions for two buildings, with around 80 different clients. No day or visitor is ever the same, from healthcare professionals to diners for our Michelin star restaurant, the team meet and greet people from all walks of life, giving them a chance to truly shine to visitors from all around the world.

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day), working from Monday to Friday on a shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM. Out of hours overtime may be required on ad-hoc basis, as per client's needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Meeting and Greeting visitors.
  • Creating Rapport with our internal tenant’s receptions and employee’s
  • Registering visitors using Sky Visitor
  • Handling all external and internal calls in a professional manner
  • Assisting with Customer Engagement (arranging pop ups, raffles, charity event’s etc.)
  • Adopting a flexible and adaptable approach when dealing with ad hoc duties as require
  • Assisting with general enquires

  • Maintain a professional, polite and considerate manner at all times, able to work as part of the team
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office software/package and business administration
  • Possess excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently under pressure
