Front of House Coordinator - Dedicated Cover (BGRDC01)

Job Introduction

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Front of House Coordinator to join our vibrant and dynamic team at one of Rapport's prestigious client site. The client's portfolio covers a range of offices and retail estate in the heart of the City of London.

The Dedicated Network Team Receptionist is responsible for all reception and lobby hosting in a number of Reception areas. The team member is mobile around the estate supporting different buildings depending on the demand of the operation. Flexibility and a pro-active approach is key and team member can be asked to change locations and times to assist at the smooth running of the business.

Role Responsibility

The main responsibilities are to:

• Provide the highest level of service and care to all employees and visitors in line with service level agreements and set policies and procedures.
• Deliver excellent guest service and welcome, ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a professional manner according to the defined procedure with eye contact and a friendly smile
• Maintain the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately.
• Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate to the Senior Team Member, Assistant Contract Manager and Contract Manager about any new / ongoing / potential issues and complaints so that they are addressed accordingly. Follow this up promptly with a detailed email.
• Work as part of the team, listening, taking and giving instructions from senior team and colleagues to ensure that all daily tasks are completed
