Front of House Contract manager (LSCM22)

Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Contract Manager to join our vibrant and dynamic team at one of Rapport's prestigious client site. The client's portfolio covers a range of offices and Ground Floor Receptions.

We are looking for an accomplished Manager to lead, inspire, mentor and coach a group of operational teams across multiple buildings. The aim is to ensure Rapport provides a first class, professional service to our clients. 

Role Responsibility

The role holder will take personal ownership and responsibility for the standards of service delivered at the client locations and ensures excellent reporting and account management disciplines are maintained at all times.

You will: 

  • Implement best practice taken from across the industry including presentation of quarterly innovations influenced by regular networking across the industry
  • Ensure all records and budgets for events are maintained where within remit and where required
  • Exceed client and guest expectations and actively promote a client-centred environment by regular coaching sessions with each team member to promote core operational standards
  • Conduct service audits at other Rapport operations on a reciprocal basis to gain an insight into standards being achieved
  •  Actively encourage client and guest feedback and identify ways to improve service
  • Prepare detailed Service Level Agreement mechanism which is completed each quarter to desired standards in consultation with the client and on an ongoing basis
  • Communicate regularly with our client to include formal meetings with agendas and minutes
  • Prepare detailed monthly report including key operational statistics, service related topics and staff updates

Reporting to: Head of Operations

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 Years Contract Management Experience
  • Stakeholder management experience including client, team and peers
  • Extensive knowledge of all HR procedures and protocol
  • Financial acumen
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to act with integrity
