Job Introduction
We are recruiting a Floor Host to join the Rapport team at our client's offices, located in Watford. Our client is a world leader in off-price apparel and home fashions. This is a dynamic team that works in an environment where no day is the same.
To provide a personal and genuine service to clients and customers, ensuring all duties are carried out to the highest standards. Act as a point of contact, providing a friendly, helpful and customer focused service to all associates and the client in all tasks which are undertaken. To create a good rapport with staff and service partners to ensure the optimum service provision
Type of contract: Part-time, Permanent
Hours: 32 per week (Monday-Thursday; 8 AM - 5 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)
Salary: £24,133.94 per annum

Main responsibilities
- Specialising in the overall client experience across all aspects of the ground floor
- Ensuring the arrival experience and interaction with all guests is a memorable one, with a consistent drive to provide an outstanding level of service and surprise and delight our guests whenever the opportunity arises
- Providing excellent service to clients and guests alike, carrying out all duties to the highest of standards
- Applying a flexible approach and offering business support as required
- Being engaged and proactive, constantly seeking opportunities to improve efficiencies and enhance the overall business environment
