Dedicated cover Receptionist (LSDC) Permanent Full Time contract

Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Receptionist who will provide dedicated cover within out client's portfolio of 14 buildings, based in Victoria and the City of London. We are looking for someone to be part of our vibrant 35 strong team.

The client is one of the world's largest property companies that builds and invests in buildings, spaces and partnerships to create sustainable places, connect communities and realise potential.

Role Responsibility

The Dedicated Cover Receptionist is responsible for all reception and lobby hosting throughout Landsec Receptions. The team member is mobile around to support different buildings depending on the demand of the operation. Flexibility and a pro-active approach is key and team member can be asked to change locations and times to assist at the smooth running of the business.
The core service hours of Guest Services are 07.30 – 18.00 dependent on the buildings operating hours. The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that these hours are covered by the team on a shift rota basis, working Monday to Fridays, 40 hours per week.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years experience in a receptionist role, ideally with experience of working in a multi tenanted building. We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality, a fast thinker,  a creative mindset, and is good at building relationships and above all, a team player

  • have a passion to deliver excellent guest service in everything that they do.
  • preferably have Front of house experience within a luxury hotel environment, premium airlines or a corporate business environment
  • have great interpersonal skills and an outgoing and vibrant personality.
  • have an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication.
  • be highly organised and have an eye for detail.
  • be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to act pro-actively and intuitively.
