Job Introduction
We are looking for a Dedicated Network Receptionist to join our Rapport Network Team. From Monday to Thursday, you will be based at a prestigious client site in Canary Wharf, providing exceptional front-of-house service.
On Fridays, you will support various Rapport client sites across London and the M25, ensuring seamless guest experiences wherever needed. Occasionally, you may be required to remain at the Canary Wharf site, depending on business needs.
As a Network Team Ambassador, you will provide essential support across our portfolio, covering over 100 locations. You will step in during absences such as holidays, training, sickness, and new team setups to ensure seamless operations. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to rotate across different sites as needed.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday to Friday, shift rota between 7 AM and 8 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Main responsibilities
- Fulfilling multiple roles across the Rapport portfolio (e.g., receptionist, concierge, lobby host, helpdesk)
- Addressing guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring all needs are met efficiently
- Professionally managing all incoming and outgoing calls
- Collaborating with other departments and service providers to create a unified approach to guest satisfaction
- Remaining flexible and adaptable in response to changing duties and potential shift or location adjustments
The ideal candidate will

- Be willing to travel across London and M25
- Ideally, have at least one year of experience in a similar customer-facing role (e.g., luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate environment)
- Be highly organised, with passion for delivering high standard service and going the extra mile
- Have great interpersonal skills, an outgoing and vibrant personality
- Demonstrate an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication
- Be proficient in MS Word, Excel and other similar packages
- Possess a high level of attention to detail
- Have the ability to work well under pressure and act both proactively and intuitively
