Job Introduction
We’re excited to welcome a Dedicated Network Receptionist to our outstanding Rapport team, supporting a prestigious global property management client. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across various reception styles—ranging from ground-floor concierge to community coordinator and residential reception—while remaining within the vibrant Regent Street and St James area.
In this dynamic role, you’ll rotate across 30 buildings, gaining in-depth knowledge of a rapidly growing portfolio. You’ll become an integral part of a supportive, sociable, and ever-expanding team, offering variety, development, and the chance to make a real impact.
You’ll provide essential cover during lunch breaks, holidays, training days, and unplanned absences across the client’s sites. This may occasionally include evenings and bank holidays.
Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (shift rota basis; 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of each building within the client’s portfolio to support flexible coverage
- Maintain a flexible, can-do attitude across all tasks and locations
- Anticipate and respond to the needs of clients and visitors
- Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure they are correctly booked out and turned over
- Greet and assist all guests and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide consistently high standards of service delivery
- Work proactively and efficiently to ensure timely and reliable support
- Manage emails and phone calls promptly and professionally
