Corporate Receptionist (IPCO02) - 6 Months FTC

Job Introduction

We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our family on a 6 Months Contract based at our client location, which is Ireland's leading commercial property investment company. Our client owns exceptional buildings that set new standards in design and sustainability in order to attract best-in-class occupiers and contribute positively to the community. 

Role Responsibility

The Receptionist is responsible for all Ground Floor reception and lobby hosting throughout all the offices within this client portfolio. You will oversee all activities inside the building, maintain a secure and well-functioning work environment and make everyone feel welcomed. You will also have the opportunity move around different sites to cover your team member’s breaks or to be mobile between buildings, building relationship with the team and our clients. 

The core service hours of Guest Services are between 07.00 – 18.00 depending on the building operating hours.

The ideal candidate is an up-beat individual with integrity and a can-do attitude. They are passionate about delivering great service and take responsibility for their contribution to the team. They are capable of working on their own without supervision by the manager.
